In Hawaii which considered a state of the United States of America located in the Pacific Ocean, people still eat cats illegally because the government tries to stop this behavior.
In the past, Hawaii citizens used Poi to fatten the cats for use as food, because the state did not have large land mammals but according to Hawaii news now, the state use legal rules to stop the hunt and eat cats, which seem impossible to achieve at the moment.
